Award and Certificate programmes
A diploma requires 37 credits, but it is possible to achieve formal recognition of your learning by registering for a CMI Award (7 credits) or a Certificate (13 credits). This is how it works:
Option 1: Register for one or more credits, sufficient to achieve the number of credits you require for an Award or Certificate. You will be given access to relevant study materials drawing on Neil’s intellectual contributions, details of the required assignment(s) and tutorial support to help you achieve your goal.
Option 2: Complete one of our course bundles (three courses for the price of two – see below) and then follow the path at Option 1.
Option 3: Attend an approved workshop and then follow the path at Option 1.
The choice is yours, depending on how much engagement with the intellectual content you wish to undertake before tackling the required assignments.
As with our diploma programmes, there is no attendance requirement and timescales are entirely flexible. All assignments are practice based and do not have to be passed first time – you can take as many attempts as you need.
Given our fundamental commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion – core values embedded in the 3Ps Framework – we also offer the option of studying the TFL Education courses on this subject as part of your path to achieving a qualification.
The TFL Education courses are: Level 5 Managing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Level 7 Strategic Approaches to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
This latter pathway is particularly relevant to anyone with strategic responsibility for embedding EDI into the organisational culture.
